Vitality Oils Part 4 of 5


In part 4 of 5, we will be discussing 6 more Vitality Oils and how they can enhance your culinary fare.
Lemon Vitality (Citrus limon) is such a versatile oil, as it’s bright, citrus flavor complements both sweet and savory dishes. Lemon Vitality enhances meals like chicken and fish as well as well as desserts such as pastries or cakes. It’s even convenient to use in place of zesting or juicing.
Suggested uses from Young Living:
  • add a drop to a tall glass of water first thing in the morning
  • 1-2 drops added to a vegetarian gel capsule as a dietary supplement
  • add a drop to Gary’s True Grit Einkorn Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • add to custom vinaigrettes or marinades
  • add to treats such as baked goods and homemade preserves
  • add a couple drops to iced tea

Lemongrass Vitality (Cymbopogon flexuosus) awakens the senses with a bright, lemony scent, and can be used as a dietary supplement to support wellness, or can be incorporated into a variety of recipes, especially tasty in Asian-inspired ones.
